Your privacy and trust are important to The SIFMA Foundation. Consequently, following is a description of how we utilize any information you may submit in utilizing TomorrowsMoney.org.

Simply put, we will not store any information you provide to us unless you specifically ask us to do so; however, you may decide to provide certain information to us while visiting our Web site. For example, TomorrowsMoney.org allows visitors to input information in connection with various calculators such as the Asset Allocator, the Budget Worksheet, the Retirement Calculator and the College Planner. Any information you provide to us in using any of these features will not be stored by us for any reason whatsoever. If you wish, you may save information you put in the Budget Worksheet to return to complete it later through a login and password. If you do not access this information for any six month period, we delete it. Also, If you wish, we will remind you, via e-mail, of your budgeting/investment goals through the "Step 3: Take Action" feature . In that case, we will only store your e-mail address for purposes of providing you with that reminder. In any event, we will not share any information you provide to us with any other entity, organization, company or person (unless, of course, we are required to do so by law or court order). You may contact us at any time to remove your name from the "Reminder Service" mailing list and you can choose not to save the budget worksheet at any time (in addition to our deleting the document you saved after six months if you do not use it).

If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. We automatically collect and store only the following information about your visit: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet; the date and time you access our site; the pages you visit within our site; and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our site. We use the information we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors. Computer software programs create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problems areas. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits.
